Luxury yacht GRACE build at the Abeking & Rasmussen shipyard and represents the second largest yacht ever built at the yard. She closely follows the recently delivered super yacht SECRET. The yacht features naval architecture by Abeking and Rasmussen and was built with steel hull and an aluminium superstructure. GRACE yachts exterior and interior was designed by Terence Disdale Design.
TERENCE DISDALE DESIGN is responsible for the yacht’s interior and exterior design, and integrated the Owner’s entire wish list perfectly. The yacht has a highly innovative layout: all guest and entertainment areas are on the main deck or above, giving all guests the best possible onboard experience.
Abeking & Rasmussen was selected to build this fully custom yacht. The Owner chose this renowned yard for its strong reputation and its history of outstanding builds. Build time was three years from the signing of the contract, and through a constructive working relationship between Abeking & Rasmussen, Terence Disdale Design and the project coordination team at Y.CO, and great efforts from all involved, GRACE was delivered on time and on budget in June 2014.

The 266.40ft Custom motor yacht motor yacht ‘GRACE’ was built by Abeking & Rasmussen in Germany at their Lemwerder shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 2014. Terence Disdale is responsible for her beautiful exterior and interior design.
GRACE’s interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests overnight in 6 cabins, comprising a master suite, 1 VIP stateroom, and 4 double cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Construction & Dimensions
GRACE features a displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
GRACE yacht is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system which reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience underway. This luxury yacht is also fitted with ‘at anchor stabilisers’ which work at anchor, increasing on-board comfort when the yacht is stationary, particularly in rough waters.
Powered by 2 Caterpillar (3516B) 1,113hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers Motor yacht GRACE is capable of a top speed of 16.5 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 170,000 fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 14 knots. Her water tanks store around 35,000 of fresh water.

She was owned by Russian billionaire Alexander Mamut, but was sold in 2018 to an unknown buyer and renamed Grace. Having first entered the market at an asking price of €150 million, the yacht was asking €129 million at the time of her sale.
